Colliers International Adds Meredith Gann to Little Rock Office (Movers & Shakers)

Meredith Gann has joined the management team at Colliers International Arkansas of Little Rock as a property manager.

Gann will oversee a 231,150-SF portfolio that includes University Tower, the Huron Building in Little Rock and Eagle Mountain Shopping Center in Batesville.

Kim Phan has joined Crye-Leike Realtors of Bryant as an affiliate broker.

A member of the National Association of Realtors and Arkansas Realtors Association, Phan will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Saline and Pulaski counties.
