Amber Crouch recently joined the compliance team at Crews & Associates Inc. of Little Rock as the new senior compliance officer.
Crouch served on the Senate and campaign staffs of former U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln in her Washington and Little Rock offices for five years. For the past five years, she has worked as a staff attorney with the Arkansas Securities Department, where she specialized in broker-dealer enforcement matters.
“Amber’s legal background, combined with her State Securities Department experience and industry outreach efforts, makes her a great fit to lead our growing compliance team,” said Don Winton, chief operating officer of Crews & Associates.
Crouch is also a member of the North American Securities Administrators Association Broker-Dealer Operations Project Group, and is its immediate past co-chair.
Crouch graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a degree in psychology. She went on to receive a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2010.
