Brett Parker Named Incoming Media Director of Stone Ward (Movers & Shakers)

Brett Parker, senior media planner and buyer for the Stone Ward advertising agency, will become media director on Oct. 1. He’ll replace Debra Reid, who will retire Sept. 30.

“Brett has had the opportunity to learn from Debra, and we’re confident that his character, knowledge and expertise, combined with his passion for all things digital and analytical, make him the perfect choice as our incoming media leader,” said Millie Ward, president of Stone Ward.

Parker has more than eight years of media experience and currently works with national and regional accounts such as Snap-on Tools, Simmons Bank, Sissy’s Log Cabin and Baptist Health. He is certified in Google Adwords and helped Stone Ward become a Google Partner, “a prestigious recognition only bestowed upon organizations that have demonstrated AdWords skill and expertise,” Stone Ward noted. He also is certified by Facebook Blueprint as an expert on Facebook advertising and content strategy.

Parker has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations and a minor in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
