Tonya S. Gierke has joined the health care law practice group at the Little Rock law firm of Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP.
Gierke has experience in medical malpractice defense law and a 26-year nursing career. Her practice area covers health care law including Stark, anti-kickback, physician and hospital contracting, compliance and other regulatory matters.
Michelle Ator is one of 11 attorneys from Friday Eldredge & Clark recognized as “Lawyers of the Year” by Best Lawyers 2017.
Only one lawyer is recognized in each specialty area, and Ator was recognized for medical malpractice defense.
