Pulaski Tech Foundation Appoints New Board Chairman (Movers & Shakers)

Dan Oberste has been appointed chairman of the board of the Pulaski Technical College Foundation, and Oscar David Washington Jr. is the board’s newest member.

Oberste is the chief investment officer of BSR Trust LLC of Little Rock, which owns and operates apartment communities throughout the south-central United States.

Washington is a CPA and vice president of customer service at Entergy.


James McCune has been hired as chief fiscal officer of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services in Little Rock. He was previously CFO of the Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind.


Helen Davis, LaKrystal Thomas and Wendy and Brandon Williams have joined Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services of Little Rock.

Wendy and Brandon Williams joined as house parents for the Trimble Home for boys at Vera Lloyd’s children’s home in Monticello. Helen Davis has been hired as the agency’s alcohol and drug counselor and LaKrystal Thomas as the agency’s case manager.
