Mark Todd has been appointed CFO of Rock Dental Brands in Little Rock.
Prior to joining Rock Dental, he served for 18 years in various executive-level accounting and finance roles in the telecommunication industry, including most recently as senior vice president of finance at Windstream Communications.
Matthew Vannatta has been promoted to director of consumer products at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.
In his new position, Vannatta is responsible for developing all consumer products for individuals under age 65 and overseeing all operational duties that support the enrollment process for those products.
Vannatta joined Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in 2010 as an analyst for individual products. He moved into a coordinator position with special projects, then was manager of continuous quality improvement before his latest promotion.
