Bryan Fisher and Jason Warnick have been promoted and Bob Freeman has been hired at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.
Fisher has been promoted from director of major gifts and athletic enhancement to associate vice president for development.
Warnick has been promoted from director of the ATU Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning to assistant vice president for student success. He holds the faculty rank of associate professor of psychology.
Freeman has been hired as director of human resources. He previously worked in human resources at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Russell W. Martin Jr., senior vice president of Relyance Bank in Little Rock, has graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
