Westland Heights Sold for $11 MillionLock Icon

A 258-unit apartment project, undeveloped commercial property, a mansion and a store combine for an all-Little Rock lineup of multimillion-dollar transactions.

♦ An affiliate of Cross Equities of Addison, Texas, sold the 258-unit Westland Heights Apartments project at 418 Markham Mesa Drive for $11 million.

Buyer: Republic Spanish Rock Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds of Toronto.

♦ Chenal Park Centre LLC, led by Leonard Boen, bought a nearly 6-acre parcel near the northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Wellington Hills Road for more than $1.5 million.

Seller: CP LLC, led by James Dietz.

♦ Christy Properties LLC, led by Chris Christy, sold a 10,943-SF home in the Chenal Downs neighborhood to James and Paulette Ward for nearly $1.4 million.

♦ J&P Associates of New York purchased the Dollar General at 3124 W. Roosevelt Road for more than $1.2 million.

Seller? PB General Holdings (Roosevelt) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

The deal marks the second Dollar General in Little Rock for J&P, which acquired the 7501 Mabelvale Cutoff store for $960,000 five years ago from another Boen-led venture.
