Amtran Site Sold in Conway; Saltgrass Steak House Sale FinalizedLock Icon

An industrial project in Conway, a restaurant site in Little Rock, a royal eatery in North Little Rock and an agri property in Lonoke County join forces to form a quartet of million-dollar transactions.

• An affiliate of DBG Canada Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario, paid $1.1 million for the 628,351-SF Amtran complex at 751 S. Harkrider in Conway to house its U.S. headquarters.

The 60-acre project was sold by IC Bus LLC, an affiliate of Navistar International Corp. of Lisle, Illinois.

As announced in August, DBG will manufacture custom metal products for the heavy truck, automotive, agriculture and commercial industries at the facility.

• Bass Pro Outdoor World LLC of Springfield, Missouri, sold a 1.5-acre commercial site on the north side of its shop at 1 Bass Pro Drive in Little Rock for $1.1 million.

The future home of a Saltgrass Steak House was acquired by a real estate investment trust, National Retail Properties of Orlando, Florida.

• FRP Maumelle LLC, led by Dominic Flis, sold its Burger King at 11941 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Buyer: LEKS LLC of Cerritos, California.

• B&L Bevis Family Revocable Trust, led by Robert and Elizabeth Bevis, bought a rural residence and 209-acre farm about 7.5 miles southwest of Lonoke for $1 million.

Seller: Jones Family Trust, led by Steve and Mary Jones.
