Nalleballe Takes Role with Arkansas Stroke Assistance at UAMS (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. Krishna Nalleballe has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as a stroke neurologist and as a consulting neurologist with the Arkansas Stroke Assistance through Virtual Emergency Support network.

He came to UAMS from Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York, where he was a neurologist and director of neurological research, and the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, where he was an assistant professor. Nalleballe earned his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India.


Zach Reed, a registered nurse in the Cline Emergency Center at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, has been honored as the 2017 Outstanding Alumnus of Arkansas State University-Mountain Home, where he completed EMT/paramedic training and was admitted to the first class of the LPN/paramedic to RN program in 2013.
