Kathy French has been named director of development in the Little Rock administrative office of Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services, which has a residential campus in Monticello.
French has 13 years of nonprofit experience, most recently as a nonprofit and church consultant.
Kevin Cullinan of Little Rock was recently promoted to the position of vice president of ancillary and support services at CHI St. Vincent.
Cullinan has been with CHI St. Vincent since 2012 and was previously market director of orthopedics and perioperative services.
