The Nature Conservancy, a Washington-based nonprofit with offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville, recently purchased 378 acres in Pulaski County in two separate transactions.
In the first, the nonprofit paid $2.55 million for 366 acres in west Pulaski County on the north side of Barrett Road and a mile north of Highway 10. The seller was J.H. Land Inc. of Little Rock, led by Lee Bodenhamer.
In the second deal, the nonprofit bought 12 adjoining acres for $450,000 from the Lee Bodenhamer Trust of Little Rock.
