That’s when, Stanley Conrad tells Whispers, the Little Rock Hooters at 6 Bass Pro Drive, is set to open.
Conrad says the Little Rock location — there’s one in North Little Rock as well — will employ 150-180 and it’s interviewing workers now.
(Hooters is an owl-themed restaurant, right?)
