Last month, we told you about a pair of assisted living centers that changed hands in central Arkansas.
Two more properties were added to the Arkansas holdings of StoneBridge Senior Living Communities in St. Charles, Missouri.
♦ The 51,528-SF Southridge Village project at 401 Southridge Parkway in Heber Springs was purchased for nearly $8.3 million.
Buyer? Lierman Family Co. XVI LLC.
♦ The 32,022-SF River Valley Village project at 1909 Fairway Blvd. in Russellville was acquired for nearly $4.6 million.
Buyer: Another Stonebridge affiliate, Lierman Family Co. XVIII LLC.
As with the nursing home sales in Cabot and Conway we reported in March, the sellers in the Heber Springs and Russellville deals were entities led by Elizabeth Blankenship.
