Arvest Bank
Mike Willard has been promoted to CEO of Arvest Bank’s north-central Arkansas and West Plains, Missouri, region, effective July 1.
Willard was previously president and CEO of the bank’s Prairie Grove market and has been with the bank since 2000 in such positions as consumer loan officer, commercial loan officer and community bank president in Mountain Home.
John Harwood has been awarded the Certified Fraud Examiner credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. The credential goes to those who meet the criteria and pass an exam showing knowledge in fraudulent financial transactions, fraud prevention and deterrence, legal elements of fraud and fraud investigation. Harwood is an associate at Harwood Ott & Fisher in Conway.
