Director of Operations For Hot Springs Convention Center, Arena Named

Visit Hot Springs announced Thursday that it has named Jennifer Wolcott as director of operations for the Hot Springs Convention Center and Bank of the Ozarks Arena, which will be renamed Bank OZK Arena to reflect the bank’s new branding that went into effect on Monday.

Wolcott had been serving since April 2017 as event services manager. She will now supervise all operations related to events held at the two facilities, including maintenance, repairs, audio-visual operations, setup and housekeeping.

“Jennifer is a veteran of the hospitality industry with over 15 years of experience in all facets of hospitality with a focus on operations,” COO Gordon Mahoney said in a news release. “Her promotion will enhance our efforts to always provide superior customer service with a teamwork approach to making our guests’ experience the best they have at any public facility in the South.”
