Neurosurgeon Kelly-Ann Patrice Joins UAMS (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. Kelly-Ann Patrice has been hired as a neurosurgeon at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Patrice, who specializes in stroke care, received her medical degree from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and completed an internal medicine residency at the MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital and a neurology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital.


Dr. Adebayo Fasanya has joined Sparks Clinic Lung Center in Fort Smith, part of Sparks Regional Medical Center. Fasanya, who specializes in critical care medicine, will also treat patients in the Sparks Intensive Care Unit.

Fasanya received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherland Antilles and completed his residency in internal medicine at Atlantic Health System in New Jersey. He also completed a fellowship in pulmonary/critical care at Allegheny General Hospital in Pennsylvania and is board-certified in internal and pulmonary medicine.


Dr. Ashish Tikotekar has joined the CHI St. Vincent Pulmonology Clinic in Little Rock and the CHI St. Vincent Multispecialty Clinic-North in Sherwood as a pulmonologist.

Tikotekar earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed a fellowship at the Rutgers School of Medicine in New Jersey.
