The sale of an industrial building in Jacksonville finished out last month’s round of real estate deals.
The 42,929-SF building plus 13.3 acres of undeveloped land at 1030 N. Redmond Road sold for $315,000.
The buyer was Medlock Management Co. LLC of Jacksonville, led by Brad Medlock.
The seller was Zata Group LLC of Sherwood, led by Richard Adams.
