Marta Collier-Youngblood has been named executive director of the ASMSA Foundation at the Arkansas School for Mathematics Sciences & the Arts in Hot Springs.
She previously worked for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as a corporate and foundation relations officer.
Angela Kremers has been appointed deputy director for career and technical education, and Dustin Barnes has been promoted to assistant communications director for the Arkansas Department of Career Education in Little Rock.
Kremers previously worked as associate director of global initiatives at Arkansas State University, and Barnes previously worked as public information coordinator for the department.
