► Conway Oak AR LLC of Westbury, New York, acquired the 3,589-SF T-Mobile store at 935 E. Oak Street in Conway for more than $2.2 million.

Seller: Madison Conway LLC, an affiliate of Madison Development Group of Issaquah, Washington.

► TQ Real Estate LLC of Bartlett, Tennessee, sold a 3,076-SF Burger King at 145 Brownsville Loop in Lonoke for nearly $1.8 million.

Buyer: Curtis RE LLC of San Diego.

► JGT Farm LLC, led by Jenny Turner, purchased 240 acres about 4.5 miles northwest of Keo for almost $1.6 million.
