Shane Gauthier, Scott Walker and Trey Clark have received promotions at First Financial Bank in El Dorado.
Gauthier has been promoted from senior vice president and loan review officer to chief credit officer. He has served with First Financial since 1997.
Walker, who previously was the senior vice president and conventional-commercial loan manager, has been promoted to market president of El Dorado retail. He has served with First National Bank for more than 26 years.
Clark has been promoted from vice president of commercial lending to senior vice president of commercial lending. He previously worked as an auditor at the Arkansas State Banking Department and has been with First Financial since 2014.
Hayden Crancer has been named retail banking manager at Stone Bank in Little Rock.
Crancer previously worked as a financial consultant at Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Little Rock. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and management from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
