David Foster
David Foster has joined Manhattan Road & Bridge Co. as vice president of operations for its northwest Arkansas division.
Foster most recently served as vice president for Apac-Central in Fayetteville, which is the lead contractor on the Interstate 49 and Highway 71B interchange project between Rogers and Bentonville. Manhattan Road & Bridge is the subcontractor on that project.
In addition, he worked as a resident engineer for the Arkansas Transportation Department and as an area engineer for the Federal Highway Administration.
Foster is a 1989 graduate of the University of Arkansas’ College Engineering and was inducted into the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineers in 2015.
