Sound Seal, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group LLC and a manufacturer of noise control products, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Acoustical & Tackable Surfaces Inc. of Flemington, New Jersey.
ATS is a manufacturer and installer of acoustical wall and ceiling panels.

This acquisition is a prime example of Sound Seal taking another positive step toward strengthening our overall position in noise control.”

In addition, this is the second acquisition Sound Seal has made this year. The company acquired Illinois-based Noise Barriers LLC in June.
