Holsted Ashley Group LLC of Maumelle, led by Todd Ashley, bought 16.3 acres near the northeast corner of Ashley Road and Highway 365 in Pulaski County for $684,375.
The seller was the James Living Trust, led by trustees Willis and Gail James.

Billie Graham sold a 4,428-SF office building at 14421 Frontier Road in Maumelle for $286,250 to D & B Hospitality LLC of Maumelle, led by Dilip and Bhavna Patel.
Parcel Purchase
Riverview Corporate Drive LLC of Little Rock, led by William Zihala, bought a 2.48-acre parcel at the west end of Riverview Corporate Drive from Justin Carmody for $215,000.
