Convenience Stores Change Hands in Deals Totaling $1.95M

CST Arkansas Stations LLC of San Antonio, Texas, recently sold three properties to Lehigh Gas Wholesale Services Inc. of Allentown, Pennsylvania, in separate transactions totaling $1.95 million.

They were:

• A 2,400-SF Valero corner store at 10402 Mabelvale West Road in south Little Rock ($801,635);

• A 4,160-SF convenience store at 9702 U.S. 165 in North Little Rock ($614,268); and

• A 4,030-SF Corner Store convenience store at 9250 Brockington Road in Sherwood ($532,639).
