OneDigital Health and Benefits, a company focused on employee benefits and human resources, has acquired Healthpointe Insurance Services of Fort Smith.
This acquisition expands OneDigital’s footprint in Arkansas and adds to the overall company growth throughout the Midwest, according to a news release.
“Jennifer Parks and her team’s long-standing commitment to helping business owners and C-suite executives creatively manage their employee benefits plans is a great match for OneDigital’s culture and philosophies locally and nationally,” Managing Principal Raymond Raphael at OneDigital Arkansas/Oklahoma said in a news release.

As a result of the acquisition, OneDigital’s will have about 90 offices throughout the country and close to 50,000 clients.
