Karli Saracini of Little Rock has been named assistant commissioner of the Arkansas Department of Education’s Division of Elementary & Secondary Education’s Educator Effectiveness & Licensure Division.
Saracini previously worked for DESE as the director of educator licensure, a position she held for two years.
