1 min read

The Arkansas State Highway Commission bought Little Rock’s former Harley Davidson dealership at 10300 I-30 Thursday for $1.4 million.

The property is 19,224 SF and 3.06 acres. It features a 6,040-SF showroom as well as an office mezzanine, service garage, a retail building and two warehouses.

The site was vacated by Rock City Harley-Davidson last summer when its new location opened at Gateway Town Center.

Casi Runnells and Kevin Huchingson of Colliers International Arkansas represented the seller, I30 HD LLC, in the transaction.
