• Long Prairie Farms LLC of Columbia, Illinois, purchased more than 660 acres for more than $2.6 million. Most of the land is about a mile northwest of Allport.

• MEBFI Reynolds Plaza LLC, led by George Dunklin Jr., and Lighthouse Investments LLC, led by Edward Dickey, bought the 14,800-SF project at 3121 N. Reynolds Road in Bryant for more than $2.5 million.
The sellers were a string of entities and more led by Scott Proctor, Dickson Flake, Kevin Huchingson and Nolan Rushing.
• National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida, acquired the MedExpress at 1501 Military Road in Benton for nearly $1.8 million.
