Arkansas Information Consortium promotes a healthy lifestyle by offering a free gym on-site for employees, available during work hours and after. Bike racks are provided both outside the building and in a special room inside that is dedicated to bike storage. If employees prefer to get out of the office for a workout, they can walk to the nearby Arkansas River Trail, which provides more than 20 miles of paved biking, walking and jogging trails along the Arkansas River.
