PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC of Little Rock sold a 1.52-acre site near the southeast corner Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road in west Little Rock for $980,000.
The buyer was Cheski Properties LLC of North Little Rock, led by Mark and Paula Lukas.
Apartments Bought
Trex MPA & Co. Inc. of Carson, California, bought the 20-unit Linda Lane Apartments complex at 2213 Linda Lane in Jacksonville for $939,000 from TCB Investments LLC, led by Brian Teeter.
In a separate transaction, First Community Bank of Eastern Arkansas in Marion sold an 8-unit apartment project at 103 and 105 42nd St. in North Little Rock for $250,000. The buyer was New Horizon Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Shane Mathews.
