Remember the new hotel project in downtown Little Rock that we told you about in August?
Details are refined, and more info has shaken loose.
We’re told to expect a late third-quarter groundbreaking for a 100-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Location: a 1-acre site on the south side of East Fourth Street between Rector and Collins streets.
The project, now touted as a $15 million development, should be completed before Christmas 2019.
