Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic Signals Intention to Integrate with CHI St. VincentLock Icon

1 min read

Have you heard that Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic is in talks to do a deal with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group?

We don’t have many details to report about CHI St. Vincent possibly buying LRDC, but Jennifer O’Brien, the CEO of LRDC, said in a brief email to Whispers that it signed a letter of intent with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in June “to explore opportunities related to integrating operations.”

“At the end of August that LOI was extended,” she wrote. “So no deal has closed.”

And if you recall, it was back in December that 10 of the gastroenterologists at LRDC announced they were leaving, with most of them going to form a single-specialty practice.

Founded in 1961, LRDC now has 32 medical diagnostic specialists “who are committed to providing adults with the best in healthcare,” according to its website.

CHI St. Vincent Medical Group has more than 300 doctors and medical providers throughout Arkansas, according to its website.
