Ridgecrest Apartments Sell for $7.2M; PotlatchDeltic Deals Equal $6.4M


Apartments, a medical office building, three big homes and three commercial sites provide an all-Little Rock lineup of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Ridgecrest LRAR LLC of Encino, California, sold its namesake 222-unit apartment project at 1900 and 2000 Reservoir Road for more than $7.2 million.

Buyer? AM Capital Four LLC of Irvine, California.

► A.O.C. Kanis Properties LLC, led by Mitchell Bolding, bought the 29,256-SF Arkansas Otolaryngology Center at 10201 Kanis Road for more than $6.7 million.

The seller in a 70-30 split: LAF Kanis LLC, led by Stephen LaFrance Jr.; and 20201 Kanis Road LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.

► The Arkansas Gift Foundation Inc., led by Corey Moline, sold a 10,476-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood to Carol and William Witham for $3 million.

► Responsive Education Solutions of Lewisville, Texas, purchased 27.3 acres at the northwest corner of Rahling Road and Browne Lane from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC for more than $2.4 million.

► PotlatchDeltic Real Estate also sold a 0.86-acre site at the southwest corner of Rahling Road and Rahling Circle to Batesville’s First Community Bank for more than $2.3 million.

► The LEAA Real Estate Holdings Revocable Living Trust, led by Clinton McDonald, acquired a 6,124-SF home in the Cliffewood neighborhood from the namesake revocable trust of James and Meredith Hugg for more than $2 million.

► PotlatchDeltic Real Estate sold a 1.7-acre commercial site at the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and St. Vincent Way for nearly $1.7 million to Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by David Bubbus.

► Todd and Amanda Denton sold their 7,234-SF home in the Valley Falls neighborhood for more than $1.3 million.

Buyer: the namesake revocable trust of Robert and Susan Whisnant.
