The bank also recovered a 1,915-SF home in North Little Rock’s Park Hill neighborhood from Lucky 8 Properties in a $178,000 foreclosure sale.

Jerry and Donna Spears bought a 12,110-SF warehouse showroom at 11223 Otter Creek E. Blvd. for $740,000.
The seller was Bird & Bear Enterprises Inc., led by Jay Heflin.
Church Sells Acres
That.Church, led by James Harness, sold the 26.8-acre former Pulaski Oak Grove campus at 10025 Oakland Drive in North Little Rock for $500,000.
The buyer was NSRC Oak Grove LLC, led by Christopher Dickie.

RHB Holdings LLC, led by Brad Horton and Brad Rickett, bought a 3,520-SF office building at 400 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock for $360,000 from Onsite Development Inc., led by Steve Jones.
In a separate transaction, Cora Doyle, trustee of the Cora Doyle Revocable Trust, sold a 3,436-SF office building at 425 N. University Ave. in midtown Little Rock for $310,000.
The buyer was B & K Edwards Properties LLC, led by Kathy Edwards.

Pabani Brothers LLC, led by Akbar and Aziz Pabani, bought the 1,103-SF NWA Gold, Silver and Loans shop at 8400 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for $300,000.

Land Donated
MJMJ LLC, led by James Peacock and Mike Wilson, sold a 0.76-acre parcel on the north side of Main Street between North James Street and North Bailey Blvd. in Jacksonville for $300,000 to the Wilson Charitable Trust, led by Mike Wilson.
Then the Wilson Charitable Trust donated the parcel to the city of Jacksonville.
