The real estate associated with the 7,033-SF mortuary in west Little Rock amounted to a $1.7 million transaction.
The purchase was accomplished through 8801 Knoedl Court LLC, the namesake address of Little Rock Funeral Home. The limited liability company is led by Jeffrey Smith.
