Sales in the United States of legal recreational cannabis reached an estimated $14.9 billion last year and are expected to hit $25 billion by 2025. That’s according to a January report by business data research firm Statista.
“The number of cannabis consumers is likewise expected to grow in the United States: by 2025, the country is projected to have close to 50 million consumers,” Statista said.
