Less Than 50% of Baby Boomers Use Digital Banking

Unsurprisingly perhaps, younger generations are more likely to use digital banking in the United States. In 2018, almost 75% of millennials used digital banking. That is expected to increase to 77.6% this year.

Baby boomers use digital banking much less often, with the numbers during the last few years scarcely rising to just under 49%.
