Have you heard about a big distribution project in the works near the North Little Rock Amazon fulfillment center?
No, it’s not the 1 million-SF Dollar General project just down the road from Amazon’s 13001 U.S. 70 facility.
The project we’re talking about will take shape on a 115-acre site next door to the e-commerce giant’s 1 million-SF facility.
The Cubes at Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of the privately held real estate development firm of CRG in Clayton, Missouri, bought the land on the east side of Amazon for more than $3.4 million.
How much warehouse space will be contained in The Cubes project? That’s among the numbers we were unable to track down before press time along with details about the development timetable.
CRG’s resume encompasses more than 200 million SF of commercial, industrial, institutional and multifamily space and 9,000 acres with a value topping $12 billion. The Cubes site was sold by Tulip Farms Inc., led by Jimmy Winemiller.
