Question marks have circled the landmark location of a west Little Rock eatery for a while now.
We can provide an answer for one: The Shorty Small’s property is under new ownership after selling for $1.3 million.
Rodney Parham Building Co. LLC, led by Cory Davis, bought the 4,894-SF restaurant at 11100 N. Rodney Parham Road. The sellers are Kreth Investments LLC, led by Paul Kreth, $866,666; and Tammy Anderson Parker, $433,333.
You might recall that Kreth entered the ownership picture of the Little Rock Shorty Small’s around 1990. Once upon a time, his intent was to grow the mini-chain into a national concern.
Shorty Small’s was founded by the late Bruce Anderson, the local dining entrepreneur who served up Little Rocks’ famed Cajun’s Wharf.
