Conway-based Tacos 4 Life announced it has opened a new restaurant concept in the city called Doblé Mexican Cafe.
The fast-casual restaurant replaces a Tacos 4 Life location at 2235 Dave Ward Drive.
Doblé Mexican Cafe will offer eight core menu items: two salads, two tacos, two bowls and two burritos. The menu features unique flavor pairings, such as the papas burrito, which includes crispy fries, and a fresca salad with zucchini, chickpeas and a zingy lime vinaigrette.
Austin Samuelson, co-founder and CEO of Tacos 4 life, said in a news release that Doblé is “ideal for smaller communities that want an affordable and fast option for high-quality Mexican food.”
“Our franchisee partners are especially excited about this new concept as it offers the opportunity to open a fun concept that can operate on half the size of a typical Tacos 4 Life,” he said.
Samuelson said the new restaurant will also help grow the company’s Meal4Meal Program, which has donated more than 30.6 million meals in partnership with Feed My Starving Children to fight world hunger.
Tacos 4 Life has 25 locations in seven states.
