Mary Healey’s Fine Jewelry Closing After 32 Years

Mary Healey’s Fine Jewelry in Little Rock is in the process of closing after 32 years in the jewelry business.

"I just wanted to retire," said Mary Healey, the owner and president of the store.

Healey said the store should close in about three weeks. She declined to comment further but said the items in the store are on sale.

The store has been an institution in the Heights neighborhood of Little Rock, occupying its current location at 5600 Kavanaugh Blvd. in the old Heights Theater Building for a number of years.

Roberson’s Fine Jewelry moved from its Heights location at 5815 R St. to Pleasant Ridge Town Center in west Little Rock several months ago.
