KAIT Spruces Up News, Sales Departments

Jonesboro’s ABC affiliate is sprucing up both its sales and news staffs in time for the New Year with one addition and one promotion already in effect.
Stephanie Duckworth, formerly the local sales manager, has been promoted to lead all local, national and Internet sales as general sales manager at KAIT-TV, Channel 8.
On the news side, former KTHV-TV, Channel 11 producer and reporter Hatton Weeks will take over as assistant news director. Weeks has been out of the television industry since leaving KTHV, working with BWC Inc., a family-owned construction company in Jonesboro. He will be working with reporters and developing local news content.
