5-Property Apartment Portfolio Sells for $20.9M

The Danny Thomas Co. of Little Rock has sold a five-property portfolio of apartment buildings in Little Rock, Hot Springs and Fort Smith for $20.9 million total.

► Cottages of Hot Springs, a 72-unit community in Hot Springs was acquired by Lin Brothers Investment LLC of Rogers

► Glen Oaks, a 56-unit community in Fort Smith, was acquired by Safe Harbor

► Indiandale Manor, a 132-unit community in Hot Springs, was acquired by Anabolic

► Village Meadows, a 40-unit community in Fort Smith, was acquired by Safe Harbor

► Woodland Terrace, a 60-unit community in Little Rock, was acquired by Wild Oak

The properties total 360 units. They were built between 1973 and 2005.
