UA Professor Diane Blair Dies

Diane Divers Blair, a University of Arkansas political science professor who was a longtime friend and adviser to President Clinton and first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, died last week. She was 61 and had suffered from cancer.

Her friendship with the president and first lady dated to the early 1970s when both Clintons taught at the University of Arkansas Law School in Fayetteville.
