► Robert and Carla Gunderman bought a 5,472-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood for nearly $1.6 million. Sellers: Dhu and Mary Ellen Thompson.

► The Stafford Joint Revocable Trust, led by Clinton and Rachel Stafford, sold a 4,051-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood for more than $1.2 million to Alan Baltz and Laura Gressler.

► The 4014 S. Lookout Trust, led by Robert Klein, purchased a 3,865-SF home in Little Rock’s Hillcrest neighborhood from the Helen E. Sloan Revocable Trust for $1.1 million.
