Conway Community Services, a Baptist affiliate, put together 37.1 acres along Exchange Avenue at Bronnie Lane.
The sellers were Avere Conwayre LLC, 17.2 acres for $5.4 million; 105 Development Group LLC and Ferguson Land Company LLC, both led by Mark Ferguson, $4.18 million for 16 acres; and CCDCW Ltd., $1 million for 3.9 acres.
Avere Conwayre and CCDCW are affiliates of Avere Equity Advisors of Trophy Club, Texas.
