Amanda Haralson
Amanda Haralson has been promoted to manager of strategic services and project management for Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock.
Haralson, who has a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, joined the strategic services team in 2013.
Matt Townsley has joined Rockfish in Rogers as associate director of experience strategy.
