• National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida, purchased the 10 Ryeland Drive project in Cabot for nearly $2 million from Davest Properties LLC and the 414 Harkrider St. project in Conway for $1.1 million from United States Beef Corp.
• MDC Coast 12 LLC, an affiliate of RB American Group of Independence, Ohio, bought projects at 900 Military Road in Benton for $2.3 million from Robert L. Davis Investment Co. I Ltd. and at 2903 N. Reynolds Road in Bryant for more than $1.2 million from Raving Fan Investments II LLC.
► Store Master Funding X LLC, an affiliate of Store Capital of Scottsdale, Arizona, bought River City Recreation World at 6721 Warden Road for $6.3 million.

► Rolling Hills HC Inc., led by Joey Wiggins, sold the 70-unit Chenal Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at 3115 S. Bowman Road in west Little Rock for $5.9 million.
