► North Little Rock Investors II LLC, an affiliate of Wilhoit Properties Inc. of Springfield, Missouri, bought Argenta Square Apartments at 615, 617 and 620 Maple St. for $3 million.

► Benton Outparcels LLC, an affiliate of GBT Realty Corp. of Brentwood, Tennessee, sold the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brews at 20220 Interstate 30 for $2.3 million.

► The Linda LaFrance Revocable Trust purchased a residence in the Edgehill neighborhood for $2 million from the Lois A. Gehl Trust.
► Brierwood Apartments Ltd., led by Gary Vinson, sold its namesake projects at 207 Willow St. in Conway and 4 Douglas St. in Greenbrier for $1.2 million.
